Pieces ship from Barbados. Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days for unworn items with tags attached.
Shipping
Within Barbados
Standard delivery: 2–4 business days. Flat rate BBD$15. Free shipping on orders over BBD$300.
Caribbean (CARICOM)
Standard delivery: 5–10 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
International
Standard delivery: 10–21 business days. Express options available at checkout where supported. Duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the order total.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Signed-in customers can also view order status from My Account.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn pieces with original tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. To keep things simple:
- Free returns within Barbados. Email us for a prepaid return label.
- Caribbean and international returns are paid by the customer. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
- Exchanges ship out as soon as your return is received.
What can't be returned
- Items marked Final Sale
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items returned without original tags
- Intimates (sports bras, bodysuits) once the hygiene seal is broken
